Gent’s antique 18 karat yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin Geneve open-face pocket watch, manual wind and manual set movement, elaborately engraved dial with black enamel numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial, the case reverse with engraved initials, with a letter from Vacheron & Constantin (Switzerland) confirming the watch was manufactured in 1901, and sold in New York in 1927. This outstanding, rare and beautiful watch is in excellent condition, and is running. It measures approx. 65 mm (2½”) tall and approx. 46 mm (1 13/16”) wide.
